Back by popular demand we are delighted to be performing with our colleagues in Musica da Camera at The White Lion Inn, Bourton, Dorset on two consecutive evenings. Combined with an excellent meal, we will be performing a selection of Operatic Classics on the Garden Stage, with the audience seated in a marquee. 17th October 2018 – STOP PRESS. Back by popular demand, our collaboration with Musica da Camera in Dorset continues with a Viennese Evening at The White Lion Inn, Bourton. Great Music and Food combined. (Susan Coates, Arabella Heaton, William Tyson Smith with Elaine Korman on piano) perform Lehár, Strauss, Offenbach with particular emphasis on the music of Robert Stoltz.
13th October 2018 – Join our talented Soprano Trio, ‘Sulis Sopranos’ (Rachel Allard, Susan Coates, Anne Braley with Nick Goodall on piano) for a non-stop, 45 minute programme of Viennese masters. Programme to include the music of Offenbach, Lehár, Strauss with a little bit of Gershwin and Rodgers and Hammerstein in a mix designed to send you home dancing! – Calne Music and Arts Festival Marden House, Calne Wiltshire. 7.30 pm N.B This programme will make up the first half of a shared concert with Strings Incognito.
29th September 2018 Opera Gala – Melksham United Church, Wiltshire. Proceeds in aid of Dorothy House Hospice. Join soloists Susan Coates, Sophie Meehan, Phil Borge and Ashley Bremner for a concert of popular operatic classics with a second half tribute to the music of Gilbert and Sullivan. The concert will be accompanied by the Stonar School Choir with Nick Goodall on piano, and compere Graham Billing. Proceeds to Dorothy House Hospice in Memoriam Mrs Sandy Muir.
